Order Dispatching

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sales, festive periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges applicable on prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless otherwise stated during special promotions or limited-time offers.

Shipping Timelines

• Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
• Orders to remote locations may require additional transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Shringarvi shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of placing an order.

Shringarvi shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, losses, or additional charges arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update so that we can assist in investigating the matter with the courier partner.

Important Delivery Information

Please ensure that you provide a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number while placing your order.

Our logistics partners may use OTP-based delivery verification for successful delivery of your package. Failure to receive or share the OTP at the time of delivery may result in the package being marked as undelivered and returned to our warehouse.

In such cases:

• Shringarvi shall not be responsible for non-delivery due to OTP verification failure.
• Any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipping the order will be borne by the customer.
• Reshipment will be processed only after the applicable shipping charges have been paid.
